– Planning, coordinating, and deployment of the necessary training & development programs for Sales Team.
– Design & Develop material, content for promotions, websites, LinkedIn updates and communication with clients.
– Drafting communication to approach New customers and keeping track of progress on prospective customers.
– Develop, Monitor and analyze the usage of sales ennoblement content and course ware.
– Providing the necessary support during the buying and selling processes at all stages.
– Developing and managing sales ennoblement projects and activities.
– Point of contact for all resources and support required to Sales Team.
– Communication with external customers on pre-sales activities, NPD status, queries, promotions, Payments, Order status, etc.
– Maintain daily, weekly, monthly MIS on sales, incentives, order status, overall performance on Sales.
